the project

univ25, based on the work of dr. john calhoun and his conclusions on the effects of overpopulation on animal behavior, explores its similarities with current societies. in these experiments, mice were introduced into cubical spaces with unlimited food where the colonies grew without problems until reaching a certain number. from there, "behavior modifications" began due to overpopulation to the point where the colonies were self-extinguishing.

originally born as a live performative project, univ25 uses different techniques and styles aimed at creating live content through improvisation with both visual and sound content.

univ25 is a modular project made up of different pieces. depending on the space where the project is presented, different sections may be selected. in this way a "live" project is generated with which to play live. after all the idea behind it all is to make organic performances, and not pre-recorded works executed by hitting the "play" key.
